Ethical/Legal question

Okay. I have some information for people who live in New Jersey. It sort of ties into the abuse situation with the autistic boy. It is a meeting and gov't hearing. However, I received this information via email from a "list group" that I belong to. Would it be ethical and or legal to cut and paste it here? Not giving any names of the list people of course.
