I have been eating real butter for years. My husband insisted. I love some of the flavored butters, like herb butter, got for chicken and fish. and cinnamon butter, perfect for raisin bread toast.

I have a friend that had been incarcerated many many years at the Monroe Reformitory here in Wa state and it is true that when they have been locked up for so long they are very afraid of their pending release date. Many only know prison life and that is where they feel safe. I met this friend when he was furloughed on weekends preparing for his eventual release, as he was. He could not handle life outside the security he knew in prison and it wasnt long before he returned. He went into a Best Buy, stole a vacuum cleaner was quickly sent back to Monroe where he died some years later, it was his home and he wanted to go back home.

So it is true, some people only know how to survive in prison. Doesnt mean they are insane...
