For some reason the tale does not ring true. Do not believe it.
OT: I was in a store the other day and two children were screaming and crying and carrying on so much I think I will not go back.

Sounds fishy. I'm still trying to figure out why a litle boy would be so interested in a woman's purse. Would have been more believable if it was a little girl.

It reads like one of those made up clickbait stories. Definitely not a legit news story; I can't imagine referring to a child as a "little snot-nosed spawn" in a legit article.

I used to work at Nordstrom's in the cosmetics department. One thing I realized about working retail is you are a target for anybody in a bad mood. I can't believe this story. This is what's wrong with children these days. They are being brought up to think they are entitled to everything. That so called "mom" in the story should be ashamed. I think the employee and the manager handled it very well. When she said she wasn't going to shop there anymore he should have told her "Good, we don't want you here anyway!"

From reading other people's posts that don't think this was a real situation, trust me I totally believe it. If you have never worked in retail, you're lucky. There really are people like that out there and it's very sad.

One if the biggest insults you can say to my 39 year old daughter is to call her a Milinea. She hates the term and ...well....
It sounds like two things are happening, the kid doesn’t have parents who are controlling the kid; the other would be if some of us are troubled about the previous generations ( often lack of control), one would REALLY be worried about generations that are following ( and that’s a mother of a ‘run on sentence)....but it’s how I ( capital I) feel.
Me thinks this country is in trouble....maybe I should add..to keep it ‘real’....we simply must use one of the most over used words today.....wait for it...”allegedly”.
I have lots of friends who retired early so they wouldn’t have to deal with stuff like this. Our schools are in trouble. These teachers are professionals. Many don’t get the money or support a professional should get.
My next door neighbor, who works in the public school system was hit in the head last year, got a brain bleed and concussion. She was out of work for almost 3 months.
So so far this year she’s been bitten and her co-worker was also bitten. She must work, she needs the small amount she’s paid.
Thank GOD I don’t have children in school. I do have grandchildren in school. However out of 7 only 2 are in public school, the rest goes to gifted schools.
My daughters watch the school, volunteer, etc. They feel if there’s any way they can help the teacher they will. They are both stay at home moms.
Most moms don’t have that luxury. If you were to ask my daughters, they’ll tell you what I ( as a stay at home mom used to say)...”My kid benefits but it helps the teacher and it puts more eyes in the classroom”.

@Caligurll I totally agree.
Just another "story" that wants to label children as being "entitled" whatever that means.
The people who think kids today are "entitled" will love this story...

WOW! This story was uncomfortable to read. You think you've heard it all and then...
~~~All we need is LOVE💖
Where and when did this happen? I read the story 3 times trying to find that info. I must have missed it.
This will certainly give the "young people haters" who view themselves as perfect weapons for their arsenal.
That story is made up but it's really good because it's easy to believe.
