Unbelieveable! I give the manager as well as the Sales Associate a lot of credit for handling it very professionally, because that had to be extremely hard with that brat yelling and screaming and his mother doing the same....There are some very crazy, entitled, selfish people out there.....

I doubt this was a real situation.

Even if it was, the store manager handled it correctly.  Corporate does not have to cower to unreasonable demands.

If I was the Manager I would have told her she's behaving irrationally and acting in a threatening manner to an employee, then I would have called store security and have her escorted out and told her she was banned from the store....I wouldn't care if I lost her business....let her and her "dear little child" be someone else's headache!!!

Sounds like a made-up story.  But if it really happened, I would have just called security once the mother appeared on scene.  And therein lies the problem -- the mother.

Trick or Treat!!  I adored that story what an absolute to Treat to read.  Wish I could have been there.
