A local radio station played Christmas music all day yesterday for Christmas in July. It's the stupidest concept ever. Christmas already takes over October through December. It's obnoxious.

I've celebrated Christmas my entire life - it represents my faith -- but not the materialistic version of Christmas. So, I'm a bit of a hum bug about the subject. For one year -- it would be great to have the only present exchange be one gift for children high school and younger. Other exchanges would be to help less fortunate or those in need in our society. Even people in prison or children of service people. That would be an awesome Christmas celebration, IMO

I have always enjoyed the CIJ, but it does seem excessive this year. I don't watch that much QVC anymore, but every time I checked the channel..... there is it was Christmas! Not only that, but I pretty much kept seeing presentations of the same products. Am glad that July is about to end...
