Before I contact CS, has anyone else had a problem with program reminder and email preferences getting changed? After being inundated with emails from QVC about their "great" deals, I went into my account settings to change the email preferences as well as program reminder preferences. Well, wouldn't you know, those preferences are mysteriously changed by the next day and I'm still getting these emails about programs and deals to come. This has happened about half a dozen times. If you've had difficulty, what did you try that worked. Don't have time right now to call CS, so I thought I'd send this off first in the hopes of a quicker solution. Thank you.

I just scroll past them

I just delete, delete, delete. Don't even bother to look at them, though it doesn't bother me to receive them either.

Yes! Same thing with my account. I had it set up to send only order/ship and TSV emails. Last week the email promos starting arriving like crazy on my phone. When I was back at a computer on Monday, I went into my account and unchecked the promos box - that had been mysteriously activated - and saved my edit. The next day, the promos re-started and the box was again activated. IMO very rude of QVC to override our preferences.

Thank you for the validation! I knew it wasn't my imagination. While I can hit the delete button until the cows come home, I would just rather not have an inbox full of qvc promos. Guess a call is in order. Was hoping it would decrease after black Friday, but now that Christmas is upon us, the emails will keep coming.

They have nothing on the Corelle/Corning people. Just how many dishes do they think I need?

I quite frankly like receiving the e-mails. I only open the ones that I think might have something I might like to get......yes, I have ordered from them.
It's better to receive these e-mails than all the political stuff I received before election time, and the health coverage stuff......

No, I have the opposite problem- for years I've been trying to consistently get my QVC emails (beauty emails and shipping and order info emails) as they are hit and miss (more miss). I've given up. I don't mind promo emails if they contain actual deals and promos, not just a million easy pay offers which is all QVC offer in the way of a "promo".

I look at the titles and only open ones I am interested in. I rather get too many than missing one I wanted to get.

I've been tempted to send the emails to the junk file, but then any order confirmations and other vital info would go directly there, too.
