i had read that they used american idol as a lead in to get viewers, BUT, it actually surpassed american idol in the ratings!

I found it on DEMAND as well yesterday. My DH had not seen the show yet...he is now caught up and loves the show.

BTW: Just heard Lenny Kravitz on ET and he said it looks very good that he will be a new cast-mate. I think he will be a great addition.
