We have two of these in our house, one by my bed and one next to the TV. (I have to know where in the plot we are, compulsive, I know.) Anyway, the bedroom clock moved an hour forward Sat. July 1. I know the time change laws changed several years ago but I don't remember anything changing in July. So, do you know what is going on?

Maybe your clock is old...??

Unplug and plug back in. If its still wrong trash it and get a new clock. Things are not meant to last a life time anymore. Planned obsolescence.

I have an Emerson Research alarm clock on my nightstand. It projects the time on the ceiling. No stretching you neck to look at the alarm, just look at the ceiling. Dual alarm, auto time changing too.

Yes, these clocks are old, but I love them. They obviously were purchased at different times from QVC as we contend with one old time change date and one correct. I just put it into another time zone to correct it twice a year. I don't use the radio or the alarms and any other clocks we have upstairs or at our cottage are chintzy

@depglass Try resetting it. I don't know if this is significant but there was a major solar storm that day that caused radio and electronic black outs. I saw an article online about it.
I also have that clock and I seem to remember reading that it's presets lasted for a certain number of years. My memory of this is very fuzzy. If you take the serial number and model number from your clock and look up Emerson click radio manuals online you might be able to find what I saw.

I had an Emerson clock radio for well over 25 years that I bought here---it's the one with the CD player on the top--and it would changeto the seasonal time changes at the old dates, but that was not enough to ditch it, still worked fine. However, a couple years ago it just stopped doing everything but tell the time-- no matter if it was standard or daylight savings time and I couldn't change it no matter what I did. Was so sad as I LOVED that thing. Looked all over the web for a "new" one--nothing-
Got a Bose but I miss the old one!!

For me I have to look at ingredients at least for shampoo. For my hair I have noticed when the shampoo lists the ingredients limonene or linolool... I have issues with hair loss or irritated scalp. So I don't purchase any shampoos with those ingredients.

My old clocks come back on with the correct time after a power outage. However, once one did not. It came back on showing 12:00. I reset it and it worked fine.
But I did change the battery in it since I couldn't remember how old the battery was. The next time the power went out, it came back on at the correct time, and has done so every time since. (So I changed the batteries in my other clocks too to avoid the problem with them.)
I did have some Emerson clocks from QVC for years and years. They finally quit and I bought similar ones because QVC no longer carried them but I loved the concept.
