Electric Crock Pot Recommendations Please

My spidey-sense is telling me that my mother's Nesco crock pot is possibly dangerous by now. Seriously, that thing must be around 70 years old and looks it!  Favorite memories of her cooking her famous chow-chow recipe back in the 60's.  I have used it a lot for roasts, chicken, stews, etc.

Time to replace it.  Budget would be up to $250, and willing to pay more if there were multi-functions built in that I could use.  Ease of use is important.  Any suggestions are appreciated.

I've been using a Ninja 4-in-1 multi cooker for ages.  It's still doing a great job.  They don't make this exact style anymore. If I were to replace it, I'd go for a Ninja Foodie PossibleCooker. Costco has a pro 11-in-1 version on sale for $99.99 (reg. $129.99) but it looks like it's only available in white.  Sam's Club has a slate blue one for close to the same price.   If you shop around there are other colors and feature amounts available.  I personally think Ninja appliances are great. They have a good reputation.

I have the Ninja Foodie Possible Cooker and it's great. I got rid of my other crockpot. I've only used it a couple of times but so far so good.

What functions does your mom want? That will tell you what you need to get.

I've had Nesco, Cuisinart and others but they never lasted very long.

I prefer basic slow cookers. There is no need spend a lot of money. Less expensive ones are as good as fancy brands.

We have a Crock Pot brand...but it's very basic. It does what we want and it's lasted (so far) 5+ years. Don't know what it cost, DH bought it, but I don't think it was very expensive. We've gotten a lot of use out of it.

I have just the no nonsene crock pot--but do have a pressure cooker that will slow cook too. Also bought a new Nesco 4 qt electric thing that will slow cook. Think I would look at the Ninja brand--I have many items that are all really great.

I have a 6qt Instant Pot pressure cooker that has multiple function, you can even make yogurt.   It has a slow cook function.  When I got it, I gave my big counter-hog slow cooker away. I pressure cook a lot too.

It cost much less than $250.

You might want to check out the Greenpan 6 qt slow cooker on Amazon for $69.  It's supposed to have a safe cooking surface,  you can brown in it, and it doesn't hold on to food odors since the surface isn't porous.  It's also lighter weight if lifting heavy crocs is a problem.  I ordered one that should be here today.
