I used to sell years ago, but DD did the photography and listing work for me before we moved four years ago. I'm a retired antique dealer and I still have stuff to get rid off. I buy a lot on Ebay and I realize things have changed. In reading Sellers info, it looks like there is a 9% final values fee, plus 6% added in some cases. I can't find what a Store fee is. I remember total expenses used to be about 11%, but I didn't pay much attention so I could be wrong. I'm debating going the Ebay route vs. renting a booth in an antique mall. The antique business is way down, just like everything else, so I need to know approximately what total selling expenses are, as a percentage. If its too high, I may just hang onto stuff and pray the economy improves some day.
