Is there not a phone number or email to contact customer service?

I need to find an item that I purchased but I don't think my purchase history goes back far enough...I can only see 3 years.  Maybe that is all that is available but I can't even ask the question....

I have looked for an address to email and cannot find anything...thanks if anyone has advice!

To find an answer to a problem:
  1. Click Help & Contact at the top of most pages.

  2. You may be asked to sign in.

  3. On the Find an answer tab, choose from the Self-service tools or Popular questions, or search for a problem by keyword or topic.

  4. On the Contact eBay tab, find your topic in the menu. We'll show you a quick way you might be able to resolve the issue yourself. We'll also show you the best way to contact us and when we're available. Email, chat and phone call options may be available in some circumstances.

I don't know the answer, but I have always used PayPal as a method payment for my eBay purchases. However, PayPal transaction history  goes back only three years. So what I have been doing is keeping my own records on an external drive where I can reference my receipts as far back as I need to go.Woman Happy

@Mom2Dogs  You're welcome!  I needed it last summer and it took me forever to find it -- so I kept it for the future!

@judy0330..I wrote the number down.  Purchase history is only kept for 3 years, now I will know to be more proactive with keeping my purchase history in a convenient pace.  I can go thru old credit cards for the info, I keep that info with my taxes, it will just be a more difficult task.
