I puchased a Juditha Ripka purse on Ebay, the bag had a defect that I could live with.
I have carried the bag for 2 days and today I noticed that on one side of the bag at the handle (on BOTH handles) the stitiching has come out and now there is a piece of leather that is lose and if not restitched the leather will unravel....the leather is wound entirely thru a chain. The problem is on both handles, and has nothing to do with the defect in the bag that I was aware of when I made the purchase.....I contacted the seller, he said their is no guarantee on how the bag will perform once it is sold but would take it back. I am torn...should I send it back or ask for a discount to get it fixed, what would you do? I am torn because he is right, there is no guarantee after it is sold but if I would have purchased it from the Q it would be going back.........Thanks!
