WHY do people bid on and win item and then either take forever to pay or just do not bother to pay at all? When I buy as always pay as soon as the auction ends. As a seller I know how frustrating it is the have to send invoices and such. Especially since the stuff I sell is time sensitive it really scre.ws me over when people take days if not weeks to pay. Yes I have put that payment is expected within 24 hours but people dont care. Happily this types of customers only happen in 1 out of about 25 transactions but still! And what makes me even more mad is that the people don't pay are usually the people who bid the most! Why the he.ll would you even bid on the item if you did not have the money to pay?! If I cannot pay for an item I am bidding on that day I dont bid, simple as that.
I understand that sometimes things happen that are out of peoples control, emergencies, they had to spend the money on something else...ect. That is totally understandable, cra.p happens. But they could at least send me a message explaining. What makes the whole situation even more wrong is that we sellers ARE NOT allowed to leave negative feedback on the buyers....ever. We have the option of positive or neutral and if we say neutral, (which I have only had to do once) Ebay grills the tar out of us as to why. EVERYTHING on Ebay is to the buyers advantage we sellers are the ones that get the shaft.
Like I said before 99% of my customers are awesome, many are repeat customers! But its the ones like this that frustrate me to no end!
