Was hesitant to try this program and finally did but have had nothing but bad luck. Will not be using again. Purchased three Susan graver jeans  and needed a different size...they sent me three jeans in the same size I originally ordered. Of course customer service was great said I would be not be charged for sending them back...so back I go to the post office. By the way, I did not reorder again, did not want them bad enough. Getting so turned off by the whole process and inconvenience (at times).

The few times I tried it, it didn't work for me at all either.

In spite of what I wrote re: size/color to exchange for, I was refunded instead, even though the size/color I needed was in stock.

I gave up on the fantasy of "Free, easy exchanges".

I have found the easiest way is this: send back the wrong item(s), reorder the same items. This way, you are sure to get what you wanted. You have to pay further charges, of course! This only pertains to items you really want or need.
