EXCUSE ME! BACKORDER WHEN I ALREADY GOT CONFIRMATION?

How ANNOYING-- I ordered the Haan TSV in blue- paid by check- in NY - how long could it possibly take to get to PA? Anyhow- just checked status and it's on backorder!!! How can that be? When you order they're supposed to hold it for you! It's still available in Red I think but my choice was blue- it was not sold out when I ordered it and I'm PIZZED! I want what I paid for- they obviously have my check now where's my BLUE HAAN???!!!! - CS is definitely going to get an earful later this A.M. Plus I wouldn't have known since they didn't bother to e-mail me- it's only cause I checked online. I got the order number when I ordered- so to me that means they have it available for me- like I said- it wasn't sold out when I ordered- I'm so ticked.Doesn't say waitlist either-- now I'm wondering if I'll get my choice at all.
