EXCELLENT POSTER MASCARA SUGGESTION

Wanted to thank a poster for mascara suggestion.  Had finished my last original Mally mascara and had bought several different brands of mascaras with different types of application wands.

Nothing really worked for me: goopy, difficult wand application, eyelashes too light, specks under the eyes by end of day or even after cleansing.

Tried Voluminous Lash Paradise yesterday: wonderful !  The color was really black like my hair and even looked as though I had applied eyeliner !  Stayed on with no speckles under eyes.  Totally removed with my regular cleansing.

Reasonably priced at CVS.

Thank you poster !

L'oreal tests their products on animals , bunnies, so I'm not buying.

And don't forget L'oreal owns IT. Why spend the money on IT. It's just L'oreal? So they're both animal testers-I wouldn't buy anything either one of them makes.

Re: EXCELLENT POSTER MASCARA SUGGESTION

I’m sorry to say that many companies use animal testing...we may not be aware that the products we use were tested on animals.

Unless you go completely organic, no animal cruelty stated clearly on the products, we can’t be sure what goes on during research and production.

There’s also a degree of animal testing. If the animal is not harmed, but just tested to see if it has a minor, temporary, painless reaction to a product, there’s no other way to bring new products to consumers. Killing animals w/ toxic ingredients is whole different story.

Now that only several large companies own most smaller cosmetic companies...some do animal testing like Estée Lauder, you’d be hard pressed to find products except after careful research.

Re: EXCELLENT POSTER MASCARA SUGGESTION

Products that are not tested on animals have it clearly stated on the label, sometimes in just words and sometimes with the bunnie symbol. All animal testing is painful and harmful to the animal. Mascara is put into the eyes of bunnies who scream in pain. Care to try a bit in your eye?
