EVINE....ORDERED RED POINSETTAS AND RECEIVED......

a pair of Excel Leather gloves with the POINSETTAS label attached to the bag containing the gloves and the order summary for the POINSETTAS. I couldn't believe it, how could anyone put a label with my name on it and stating they were Lisa Vanderpump poinsettas on a pair of gloves?

Poinsettas......gloves? ....it's just baffling! Should be an interesting call to them tomorrow.

Honestly, do you think those warehouse people have time to read labels as that stuff comes down a conveyor belt past them? They probably barely get the label stuck on as it goes by.

I buy Beekman products from Evine, and of the four shipments: one was damaged, one set was thrown in the box with one piece of packing material - one bottle leaked all over the box, another was just tossed in the box (luckily, no damage) and the fourth was fine. I posted a review of how the items arrived and Evine told me the review was unacceptable.

@Sasha Matthews As with QVC, a review should be an evaluation of the effectiveness of the product, not customer service issues.

I've had the same experience with the Beekman shipments except for the bar soap of course. Recently I had a problem with delivery, but that was resolved without a big hassle for me, thank goodness. As much as I like some of their products, I think I'm done ordering from them.
