Have you ever seen the original Traffik British tv series??? Now that was an eye opening movie. The UK version is better & more detailed than the US version which was based on the UK version.

Not sure if you're talking about the same thing, but there was an attempted assasination on a 33 year old Philadelphia policeman just yesterday, January 7th .

The officer was shot at 13 times point blank by a man who said the 'police defend laws that are contrary to the Quran'.

My son lived in Playas de Tijuana in a gated community for 2 1/2 years and he says you can buy your way into or out of anything in Mexico if you have have enough money. He said he would be very surprised if this drug lord gets what's coming to him.

I suspect it has to do with male macho "pride" ... the guy has escaped from prison twice, and I'm sure many officials were embarrassed by that. To turn him over to the U.S. might look like they weren't able to keep him, and they let someone else take over. I'm just speculating here.

And a seven hour meeting at that! Plus follow-up phone calls & videos. Maybe I'm not exactly correct in my understanding of the term, but IMO, Sean Penn is akin to an enemy of the state.
