@Tinkerbell3   I so agree. There was a Dooney bag I loved, but easy pay or not, $10.95 for shipping and the cost of returning w/ the shipping label? Nope. I ordered it from another Dooney site that offered a form of easy pay and free shipping. I've never understood how so many sites manage to provide customers w/ free ship & free returns and Q cannot seem to manage this offer. I'm sure it turns many buyers away.

@chrystaltree   Many other businesses offer this service and still doing great. If they're in any financial trouble, free shipping, is most likely, not the cause.

@Tangocash   In my opinion, Q's prices have risen steadily over the last few years more than other places I frequently shop. If they built in the cost of shipping, we'd know ASAP and find the items elsewhere.

Nordstrom offers free s/h and free returns all the time everyday.  I wonder if they have the problem of people "renting" items or excessively returning things.

I also prefer free shipping; QVC has so few things now that I think are reasonably priced that I will not add shipping costs to it. Easypay is not my thing. I pay the whole thing when I order it.

Many, many sites offer free shipping and free returns. It is more commonplace now than ever, but pretty obvious QVC has never really wanted to be competitive.

OR instead of all these "flash" ez pay hours offer "Flash Free Shipping" hours and I bet they'd see those phone order lines light up!!!

I'm sure then I'd find something to spend my QVC GC on!
