E-mail etiquette??

How can I politely tell someone to clear off all previous senders before forwarding their mail? I have a few e-buddies that I try to send "cheery news" to,anytime I get cute jokes. Lately I keep getting e/m from people who leave all that clutter included.

At 1 time there was e-mail floating around with suggestions to do so. I will probably regret asking this?
