Dry Clean With Caution?

I just bought a cotton knit jacket that I absolutely fell in love with and I just checked the care label.

"Dry Clean With Caution". Nothing else, no symbols, no other words like "do not wash" or whatever.

Just "Dry Clean With Caution".

I've never seen that before? What the heck does it mean? Will a dry cleaner pay attention to that label?
