Drownings

It's that season again. There have been at least 4 drownings in my area, most totally avoidable. Some were of teens messing around, and others were of toddlers who were not supervised.

I just read a story about a dog saving a toddler from drowning in a pool. The mom left the kid to get some garden tools, and when she came back the kid was missing. The dog had gotten underneath the kid to prop his head up over the water. What a smart dog.{#emotions_dlg.wub}
