No mention of the "Dr. Phil Famil" with Alexandra and Katherine. I bet they didn't turn out well after all. They were a train wreck from the get-go.

I think Robin looks plastic. Barbara Walters looks much better at 84. She has had work done slowly over the years and I think she probably had some botox done during the last two weeks they were not live. As much as I don't like her much anymore, I have to say she really is in good shape....

Oooo, good catch! The Dr. Phil family was conspicuously absent.

Robin did look puffy like she had too many fillers. I think that's what I was noticing. Perhaps she'll look more like her usual self at her HSN product launch.

It was funny to see a clip from his first show. He was wearing a schlumpy suit and literally looked like a deer caught in the headlights.

I saw only a few minutes of this show but it seemed so self-serving. Robin has obviously had major plastic surgery, whether she admits it or not.

i think the kids, on dr. phil's family grew up and turned very arrogant. drugs, kids and just trouble, in general. i think alexandra went to rehab and i wonder how long that lasted. i think the parent tried to do everything they could but were at the end of their rope, with the kids.

I don't watch his show all the time but I would have liked to have seen it. did he have on Rochelle(? spelling ) the women who bossed her husband around? Maybe I'll see it when it repeats. I want to watch Dr. Oz today his topic is going to be decluttering.

No, they didn't have her on. They did have the woman on whose husband had a midlife crisis and had an affair, so she went and had an affair. She ended up with the guy who she had the affair with.

They also had on a woman who was so controlled by her husband. He was a threat to her and had a restraining order which he violated. Luckily that was over 5 years ago and now she's remarried with a great husband and hasn't heard from husband #1 who was so controlling (locked her in the basement and tracked her every move).

I'd highly recommend the episode if it comes on again.

There was a follow-up show on this family a couple of months ago. Everyone is doing well. The parents had counseling and going strong. Alexandra's little boy is the love of everyone's life. She's going to school and appeared to have direction in her life. Katherine has her act together and went on to college.
