Have you contacted NASA about this?  Maybe you should go along for the ride just to make sure everything goes okay.

Well, a rocket is not going to do a single thing to anything of that nature.

You may want to write a book of some kind (could be a novel or not -- whatever will reach the most readers) and put your thoughts and ideas into it, in a way that will help readers understand what you want them to know.  It would be easier to "shake up" the public than it would be to "shake up" space.

What we have done in the past is just float ships in space.   We never have rattled space and woke up space.  We need to move space around....make a wave out there...send motions across space.   Wake space up.
