You place an order - it takes 2 weeks to get to you. It arrives defective. You're promised a replacement. It never happens. You call corporate customer service - no one calls you back. You call regular customer service - you're blatantly lied to, you get hung up on, transferred to different queues. QVC DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS! Once they have your money, they don't care. I still don't have a refund. I still don't have a product that was "shipped overnight last Friday" according to corporate. Amy, the corporate customer service supervisor says she'll return your call, but she doesn't. I've left her 5 messages in 7 days. No return call.
I guess since I work in national media, I should make sure that this is known to all. No one at QVC cares about customers.
