When I was working i always got them done during the summer but now I have the time to wait and do them at an appropriate time. I actually just got home from buying mine.

Good for you. I envy you that you are so organized. I have to do both personal, and business holiday cards every year, and it's always a chore I dread. I need to take a page out of your book.

I'm sure I'll never have them done this early again,lol. I won't mail them til about the 10th December though. Im not completely nuts!

Christmas card addressing used to be my most hated holiday task. Every year I'd promise myself I'd do it early "next year", like in July! I never did.

Now, I don't even do Christmas cards, ever. So, problem solved.

I bought mine today, plan on writing them out this weekend. I like to get things done early also. Going shopping tomorrow for all my cookie and candy ingredients that I make for Christmas.

I'm almost embarrassed to admit that I stopped sending Christmas cards to people a few years ago, although I do email some ecards.

Definitely didn't make them, lol. I'm not in the least bit crafty. And Stevieb, you are way ahead of me in the bathroom cleaning dept! I need to have a good clean right through the house tomorrow. I'd rather do my cards over again

That's wonderful. Good girl. I got an early start with other stuff. I'm done Christmas shopping and have bought some new décor for the house and a new tree. I put the tree up just to make sure all the lights work. I'm thinking that I am going to decorate just before Thanksgiving this year. I usually mail cards out around 12/10.
