It is not, unfortunately, 20 percent off on anything. I tried to use it last night on a pair of FitFlops and this was an item where the coupon could not be used. This happens quite frequently; and, whenI did call CS to find out why coupons could not be used on anything, I was told that there were specific brands where the coupons could not be used.

The next time that I hear salt and ice together, it better be in a margarita!

Not everyone gets coupons at the same time at HSN. You may have a coupon showing but many of us do not. We will have a coupon another time but you will not have it. If the coupon code is not listed for us we generally won’t be able to use it.
