@violann They do have the most convoluted system.  Instead of "kohl's cash" and numerous other deals, why not just charge less.  I feel the same way about all places that make you do extra work to get the deals, even like being a "member" of the local supermarket to get their discounts.  Why not just lower the d--- price?   Trader Joe's does it right, in my opinion.  Just pay the price on the label.  Hello.

They ALWAYS follow through with refunds.

If you're having an issue, go to the store with your receipt/invoice and explain the situation as clearly as possible, without accusing them of a scam.  Or write to their corporate office.  You will get the refund and/or merchandise you're entitled to.

Kohl's has never cheated or scammed me.  Ever.  In fact, they have gone out of their way to make things right in the past.
