Doing something nice for someone you don't know

I hope my link will work..I've never met Nancy, I can imagine taking care of my 90+ year old Mom--it would be hard for sure--but adding 4 grandkids to that??? She must be an Angel!!!! Here's what it says, maybe if we all vote, it will show her that we Q-lovers LOVE what she is doing (it's to win her a cruise)!!! {#emotions_dlg.thumbup}:

My sister in law takes care of her 4 grandchildren and her 94 year old mother. She gives 100% 24 hours a day. She could use a break,she just celebrated her 43rd wedding anniversary and this would be such a nice surprise.
