Doggy Depression

Can anyone help me with my little 7 lb dog. She gets these growly, churning stomach spasms very frequently. My vet had her on Centrine, but that has been discontinued. I've tried other meds., but she had a reaction with them all. Now he has her on Amitriptiline, an anti-depressant. Anybody have an similar situation with their little four-legged loves? This is really causing me a lot of anxiety also.
