Dog Incontinence - Any have experience with treating?

It's not bad, just little drops but it causes her problems that require medication to clear them up. I am NOT thrilled about putting her on medication for the rest of her life, especially after reading possible side effects.

Anyone have experience with this? What meds did you use? What side effects did you experience?
