Many people live stream life events such as funerals, weddings etc.  Families will usually set up a closed group on facebook so that those who may not be able to travel or get to the events can also "attend".

While I'm sure the grief for this family is an intense and real as any other to have suffered such a loss, I will NEVER, EVER understand the need to share something so private (to me) in such a public way.

I get that they are/were TV personalities, but good, grief, is't anything private anymore.

Having said that, likely someone who had lived "out loud" for so long would have wanted it this way.

I'm a dinosaur in my thinking...I know that.
