I live in a Townhouse and have been here for three years. About a year ago, a young man moved in with his dog. This dog was named Tyson (because he bit the owner's ear). At first the dog seemed a little hyper but later he became agressive. He has a girlfriend and added her poodle to the mix. They both became very agressive. The one dog (Tyson) has attacked my dog three times. My dog is a pitbull mix. He is just not a fighter.

Today, when I was walking up the driveway to my house, the two dogs came out running and attacked my dog. The owner came out but could not calm them down. He caught the one dog but the poodle kept attacking my dog. I hit the poodle with the leash from my dog and a man from across the street came over to help. The poodle tried to attack him. Luckily the dogs were confined and my dog was ok. I never know what to do when dogs attack. I try to protect my dog but sometimes it is very difficult.

I called Management and told them something needs to be done. I also told the owner that I could no longer tolerate this behavior. He said he had taken the dog to training but the trainers were telling him--he was the problem. I think when he brought in the poodle the situation escalated and became worse. Maybe the dog did not like that he brought in the poodle (his girlfriend's dog). He got the dog from the dog pound. To make a long story short--he said he is taking the dog back to the pound. I feel bad for the dog that no one wants him because of his bad behavior. Maybe he needs alot of time and attention. You never know what the dog was subjected to before you took him home.

My dog is ok. I cried because I did not want my dog hurt. He is such a good dog. He has my heart.
