It took me 2 months to pay my Verizon (phone and internet) bill because they changed my login/password info, so mine didn't work when I tried to use it. Then I was locked out of my account because I tried too many tiimes, To remedy this I needed my account number which I didn't have because it isn't listed on my emailed billing statements, the other option was to get a PIN number to access my account. Everytime I did THAT the system told me the PIN wasn't valid.

I could never get a person on the phone. Finally called the number for people with disabilites so I could get a real person. All I wanted to do is PAY my bill. She told me for security purposes they needed my parents' phone number....I'm 47 yrs old for goodness sake. Took forever but she finally gave me my account number. I decided that even though I pay everything online these days, I want a paper Verizon bill!!!

Taking DD and youngest DS to work with me tomorrow for Take Your Child To work Day. They took the paperwork to school yesterday. DD got hers signed but DS forgot, Told hime not to forget today. Got a call from the Principal today. Seems the District office decided not to participate in TYCTWD this year and didn't notify the Principals until after 4 pm on Tues. so DS couldn't get his form signed!

Has common sense, not to mention common courtesy gone out the window??
