I spend most of my time alone, am good at entertaining myself and enjoy my own company.  I'm very happy.

I value solitude.  My grandchildren tell me I could entertain myself in a jail cell!  Not sure how to take that!!

OMG! I scored 15 out of 15 on the Myers-Briggs introversion scale! I am an introvert at the deepest level, but have excellent social skills. Most who meet me think I'm an extrovert, but no no no no, I am an INTROvert who loves to be alone! That's where my battery gets recharged. Too much time around people and I feel like screaming. I have been widowed seven years and cannot imagine getting married again - love my solitary life - unless it was to someone who was as introverted as I.

I have been alone for so long now, that I think it would be very difficult at my age to adjust to living with someone.  There are times when companionship is missed, but still value my privacy...... 

There are times when I am sorry that I didn't have any children, but was not fortunate in that....  It would be nice to have a phone call from one if I had one, or just for either he or she to stop by and check in on me.  Especially now since I am battling cancer.  But, my friends do a pretty darn good job of being here for me.
