I am still trying to figure out my mom's annuity plan and everytime I call to ask a question from the insurance co. I get a different person and a different answer. I didn't open it someone else did so I am wondering for those who have one, can I get a policy book or manual or something that would explain all her options. I saw an attorney once and it took them 3 months to get back with me and all they did was get me another quote. I don't want a quote, I want to know what my options are since it is getting closer to home care or a nursing home and I don't know what is covered and the difference between a life guarantee or without life. Should I annuitize or not? Is there enough money to cover a nursing home. If I don't, who knows, I can't get a straight answer.
