Does Jackie the Model.....

Am I the only one who notice Jackie is constantly laughing? She is the only model who models the clothes that really is irritating to me. Rarely does she come out that she does not constantly laugh. She seems so immature and thinks she is funny, but not to me. Maybe I am the only one who feels this way.
