No, you are not alone and it is your opinion that you are not challenging moderation. :-)

If someone, just a single poster, complains about a post, the moderators will yank it. Regardless of what it says, rule my minority. On the other hand, it's totally subjective when it comes to the moderators themselves. It depends on who is work. One mod will think something is political, another one won't. It's like product reviews. They won't post a review if it's too critical even if reviewers said pretty much the same thing before you but were nicer about it...lol

Excuse me to most of you for my stupid response and OP I apologize to you .. geez a loo my opinion doesn't stand for anything? I gave an honest opinion so pick me apart & furthermore, I am NOT complaining or whining... or do I go and criticize other's opinions...
Moderator, if you see I am being disrespectful or rude, please feel free to delete what my posts.

Smoky,
Please don't over-react to a difference in opinion. You stated an opinion and several of us disagreed with you. That's how life goes.
You are not being picked apart. Your opinion is just not shared by others.
If you want to technical, you just did criticize other's opinions by this post. No biggie. I can understand that.

I've seen people have problems with their orders and a Moderator will be very helpful in sorting out the problem.
I agree and every poofed post or deleted thread that I've ever seen DOES give a reason why they were deleted.

Yes, I think everything I've posted in there has had a repsonse.

Yes, they do give a reason. But sometimes those reasons are very non-specific. It's a judgment call on the part of the moderator.
That's okay. It's their board.

Questioning why a post was deleted is the very definition of challenging moderation.
And the "everyone else is doing it" argument has never gotten anyone anywhere.

Suggestion Box and Customer care were created so posters could suggest new items for sale, improvements for items already on sale, mechanical glitches on the forums and QVC website, improvements to the physical website/forums, and to help customers with orders and ordering that has gone wrong, to name a few general things.
Suggesting or commenting doesn't mean or guarantee a response. Many people have specific suggestions and complaints that are narrowed to their preference. There is no reason QVC should rush to do their bidding, just because they want it. It's not like whatever it is, all you have to do is ask and QVC will step right up and do exactly as you request. There's a bit of a disconnect for some posters about that ;-)
As for moderation - it is what it is. The Rules and Guidelines state up front No Challenging the Moderation. It should be no surprise when posts are ignored or poofed that in essence say "I'm not challenging the moderation, but I WANT TO KNOW WHY YOU DID THAT!" And any time another thread or another post is started by the same poster about the same issue, it's automatically challenging the moderation. It just IS, and if people can't see that it's not okay, at least the rest of us won't be seeing an individual's temper tantrums for very long. They actually err too much on the side of caution IMO, vis a vis the recent explosion of the same poster's complaints everywhere.
Temper tantrums don't get people much on these forums, thankfully.

I feel the same @SaRina. I say "let it go" lol. And about the OP's question I've seen the Q people actively responding to questions on the boards since the switch to this new format last summer. Big improvement imho.
