I was writing this when the thread was poofed.

I think it was you who mentioned the amount of caffine in expresso.

Several people have told me (including a barista at a Caribou coffee shop) that caffine is less in the darker roasts. Since Expresso is the darkest roast, it has less caffine of any of the coffees.

If you want a good decaf K-cup, I recommend Columbian decaf by Timothy's. I can't tell it's decaf.
