wait for a trip to the doctor's office in order to read your favorite magazine? Or take "a peak" at one while waiting in a checkout line?🤫 Do you have a subscription? What's your favorite magazine? 🤔

I've never come across "favorite" magaznes in doctor's or dentists' offices.  I carry my Kindle with me and read my own stuff.

My faves are Archaeology Magazine, and several knitting and crocheting magazines that I subscribe to.

You could not pay me to touch magazines in a doctor's office.

Since Covid, all magazines have been removed from my physician's waiting rooms. As far as subscriptions, for some unknown reason, I seem to get magazines I have never ordered...fashion magazines. They may be promotions attached to purchases such as those from Sephora.

My favorite magazine? Probably Real Simple, Bazaar and Town and Country.💐

since covid any medical place I have been to is devoid of magazines == germs. Before that I found at most offices I could catch up on everything from 3 years previous! Smiley Happy Still it was better than watching the pharma channel on their tv hawking the latest miracle cure.

I subscribe to Readers Digest --large print

First for Women -- it can be repetitive but overall I enjoy it

Good Housekeeping--love their reviews of items and the latest beauty products on the market

two subscriptions I will let run out and cancel are  - Woman's Day & Home & Garden as there is nothing relevant to me

I use Amazon to subscribe  as I have one record altogether to be sure of payments and length of subscriptions.

I subscribe to several magazines. My favorites are  Vanity Fair,   New York,   Southern Living,   Food Network Magazine,   People,  and  Vogue.  I love real magazines and don't care for the digital versions.

I usually just read my Kindle, but I have tucked a new magazine in a tote to carry with me, that I hadn't had time to read, otherwise.

Sadly, magazines I've liked in the past were discontinued. I loved Victoria (I hear it's back) and More.

I received a gift subscription to Vanity Fair from my brother and may renew it. I also love Cuisine. Outstanding recipes to consider for special dinners, holidays, or events.

My subscription was switched to Good Housekeeping when More was discontinued and I kept it up, along with Better Homes & Gardens. Nice light reading, with tips for home and holidays.

I'm with Kaiser for years and I don't remember ever seen Magazines there.

Most people are reading on their phones anyway, and that's a lot safer especially now.

I don't subscribe to anything.  Wow!! Does that seem strange? I don't know lol.

@DesertGems No medical offices of any kind in this city (my oncologist, dentist, PCP) have any reading material in their offices and have not since March of 2020.

I'm amazed that any office still does that. And I wouldn't touch them with a 10 foot pole.

I'm glad all the medical people here are being so meticulous about keeping things sanitary.

And I have no favorite magazines. Years ago if I wanted one, I bought it. I didn't read it in the check out line.

Even before the pandemic I would NEVER touch a magazine in the doctor's office, I certainly wouldn't touch them now. Anyway every doctor I go to no longer has magazines in their waiting room. I either bring my own magazine or my tablet.
