The first clue is "dear customer". Any legit email from a company where you are a customer should have your user name at that company. Amazon never send emails to "dear customer", nor do Paypal, or your bank.

One of my email accounts gets a lot of spam mail addressing me as "mighty mister". I've been getting them for years, and it's getting old. I was pleased to see they've upped their game this week, and I got "Greetings, well hung sweetheart!"
