Do you think it's the solar flares.....or the beginning of a cyber attack?

Has anyone else been experiencing any kinds of weird communication glitches? Both of my phones have died mid-call......I've gotten weird text messages from people I don't recognize...........even a text from my cell phone carrier saying that I was about to exceed either my minutes or texting allowance, etc. I called them and they said they had no record of sending out such a text and that my activity was fine! They did say a lot of spam was going around, but that's a really weird msg. to send out.

Solar flares??? Terrorists trying to mess up our communication systems? UFOs??? ...or just coincidence?
