I think we all have the potential to be hypocritical for as many different reasons as there are individuals. It's a part of being human.

What about celebrities who claim to want to protect the environment and conserve energy, yet they fly private planes, use excessive electricity to light their homes... Or they are anti-guns yet they make millions playing gun toting villains in movies.
