As they say..."Live and learn." Our experiences give us a great education. I tend to be analytical and do not accept things at face value. I want to read the research, want proof, reviews, other people's experience, etc. Psychologists say that by the time we are 40, our gut reaction is often correct.

This would be me as well.

 

There isn't "proof" for everything, but that's when one's spidey sense comes in, honed by years of living.

Life experiences have taught me also to follow the money.  The bottom line is most frequently where the truth can be found. 

Strive for respect instead of attention. It lasts longer.
