I find that some days I just can not get thru the day with out closing my eyes for at least 20 minutes.
I am feeling really worn out from my first IVIG infusion and I think I took 3 naps yesterday, lets hope I get used to the treatments

My husband does. Naps are supposed to be good for you. Be well

@I am still oxox I wouldn't by concerned and indulge yourself as much as you need. You have just put your body through major changes and it would seem to be normal that you would require more rest. Just be kind and loving to yourself as you are going through a lot. I hope you are including lots of nourishing plants in your diet. Best wishes for good health!

I've allowed myself to get on a killer sleep schedule and can't seem to normalize my pattern. I'm often awake all night, get up around 7am to let the dogs out, piddle in the morning then go to sleep all afternoon. Sometimes I don't awaken until after dark. I hate living like this.

My boss would most certainly have a problem with that, LOL! ![]()

I have trouble falling asleep during the day ( I'm not a good sleeper), in the rare chance I do fall asleep, I have trouble falling asleep at bedtime.

I take a nap any darn time I want.
I haven't experienced being sleep deprived at work for ten years.
Good times, good times.
I do still look forward to my bed. I know there are people who will say sleep is not a pleasure to them. They will talk abot syndromes and diseases. But sleep is a pleasure for me.

@I am still oxox Autoimmune problems do weird things to our bodies. If you are fatigued, go back to bed and sleep. Your body is telling you to rest! It needs to rejuvenate itself from those wicked infusions. Confident you'll learn to listen to your body about a lot of things you never have had to before. It's not a bad way to live. Rather peaceful and "sort of in the slow lane" way of life. Be good to yourself. Enjoy those naps. I would!
ETA: My step-father could do 20-minute "power naps" and be as refreshed as having been asleep for several hours. I cannot take little naps. If I'm going to sleep, it has to be in my nightgown and in bed. This is serious sleeping! It will be a couple of hours; maybe more. Not a 20-minute deal for moi. ![]()
