Do you take Probiotics....

and what is the best kind to take? Also, keeping in mind the cost. I have been having stomach issues with terrible gastritis, and my doctor suggested probiotics, along with Prevacid every day to help prevent this from occuring in the future. My problem is.... there are so many different ones on the market, and I am confused.
