My kitty Crispie is a spooner. Actually, he's more like snail-cat. He winds himself up in a circle then curls up into the crook of my arm and goes to sleep.

Ok in the winter, not so good in summer. :-)

I have a couple kitty spooners. One is Mr Jax, but he insists on being under the covers and goes crazy kneading me with his claws, so he's banned. Then there is Freyja my other cat, she's very sweet and doesn't claw,

Me and my SO spoon every single night.  We fall asleep that way and wake up that way.  One would not even be able to slide a piece of paper between us, in fact when one of us has to get up to go to the bathroom, we're still spooning - walking and spooning.

Absolutely.  My kitty passed in March.  He grew up hogging the bed.  He would sleep as close as he could.  He was a people person.  He hadn't been able to get on the bed in the last couple years. It was hard to get used to.

I never cease to be amazed thatb people allow dirty animals to sleep in their beds. EEEWWW. OH please - don't bother to try to convince me that your pet is not dirty. Cats get in litter pans and dogs ... holy cow they drink from toilets and eat unspeakable things.

That's ok @151949 . To each their own. I know others that feel the same way you do.
