Do you sew your own buttons?

I was reading reviews and a few reviewers complained about receiving clothing with loose buttons or the buttons falling off. They went on to say they had to take it to a Tailor to have the buttons tightened or re-sewn and it cost them a fortune.

I'm wondering if these people are inept or just lazy.

So, do you sew buttons or pay a Tailor to do it for you?
