NO! I don't care who's "favorite thing" it happens to be. I am a "value to $$" person, not swayed by any celeb or other supposedly "notable" person's endorsement.

Some call me cheap, I say I am frugal, and when it's my money being discussed? Only my opinion matters to me.

@q-girl I can't abide Opie. I don't care about her lists, book club or favorites or about her food line. IMO she's been way too full of herself for years and years. I'll pass.

No, @goldensrbest, it’s not about who I purchase from. For me, it’s about whether or not I care who endorses the product.

I enjoy reading the list of Oprah's favorite things because I like her.  However, I don't often see anything on the list that I would really want.

Yes it is.  Sure, why not? I buy some brands of milk and not others.

@goldensrbest Why would it NOT be? It's a free country, wheee! I don't buy anything based on celeb endorsements, in fact I tend to avoid that stuff. Buy hey that's just me!

Read my last post, i don't care who buys what from whom,but would not put down a person ,just because, i do not like them ,like you said it is a free country.

Actually, that sort of thing generally causes just the opposite reaction from me.

If it's a celerity that I don't like, I will go out of my way to avoid that product.

Oprah is a prime example of that.  Not an Oprah fan.
