Mine lasted 5 months
Keurig customer service is not available. no real phone number to speak to a live person. Very upsetting as I paid way too much for it thinking it would last. I descaled it like I normally do and now it brews one ounce and stops! ugh I am going back to Mr. Coffee old reliable that lasts. Did yours last? Would love some feedback. Thanks

I have this model for well over a year with no issues. How did you descale it? Did you run it in it's descaling mode? In any case it lasting only 5 months is disgraceful. I would be really annoyed.

@northiie57 I have this Keurig coffee maker. I did not buy it at QVC. After the first few months of owning it, it said to descale. I did do the descale and even putting the descale solution and 3 or 4 decanters of water through it, the descale button never went off and kept blinking. I tried calling Keurig and they sent me a new one and told me to throw the other one away. I'm now using the new one until, I'm sure, the descale light will come on. I told my son to throw the old one out, but instead he took the old one, unplugged it for about 10 or 15 minutes, then replugged it in. It continued to say descale, so he went through the procedure again holding down the buttons they tell you to do for the descale, etc and he put another decanter of water through it and all of a sudden, the descale light went off and it said ready to brew.
I agree with you. Keurig can't get the descale problem fixed adequately with all of their coffee makers, from what I'm reading. I will eventually switch over to either a Mr. Coffee type of coffee maker when the Keurig hits the dust, which I think will be sooner rather than later.

I have this model for about a year. Descaling light came on. I descaled it following instructions but the light is still on. Mine got clogged too but I cleaned it and brushed off the coffee grinds before they dried out. Two days ago it got clogged and was a big mess on my counter. This last experencie made me reconsider getting a different brand next time. Won't get another Keurig.

I don't have it but customers are always coming here with stories of the exemplary CS they've gotten at Keurig. There must be a good phone number, however, they're undoubtedly closed today.

my son has had his for years and it really keeps the coffee hot and not cooking it to make it taste burnt and it comes with a permanent washable filter

yes followed the instructions to a tee. No real instructions came with it how to use and clean on descale mode. I had to watch a Youtube to learn how.

Awe. I’m sorry.
I have an older model 2016 and it still works well. I descale regularly. A couple of times it got plugged with grounds and I ran a bent paper clip through the punch channel.
lol I just don't want to be a McGyver just to maintain a coffee maker ![]()
